• Refund Policy.

  • At Kaldr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent to you, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. However, for all other reasons for returns, shipping will be at your expense. To initiate a return, please contact us at kaldrcorp@gmail.com

    Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know right away so we can make it right.

    Please note that certain items such as water filters and personalized items cannot be returned. If you wish to exchange your item, the quickest way is to return it and then purchase the new item separately.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. If it has, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
